Mary-Kate Olsen Make Up Look - Smokey Brown Eye

Hi guys,

So today I have quite a highly requested look for all beauty gurus - the universally admired Mary-Kate Olsen smoky, messy brown eyeshadow. I filmed this about a week ago now but haven't been able to upload due to faulty Internet that only stays on for about an hour. I decided it was getting a bit ridiculous so I am trying to upload the video now (with quite little success :/). However I thought I'd give you all a quick corresponding blogpost keep you all filled in and give you the scoop on the look. Unfortunately, like the ill and stressed little noob I am, I did not take any pictures of the look or products - I'm a fail of a guru :(. I'll be back on form after exams I promise! Anyway, I only have a list of products for you for now, so it's only really useful until after you've seen the video (I may as well go whack my head against a wall really :P). Despite this, I hope you enjoy this little update from me and let me dive into the products used in the tutorial:

MAC Face and Body Foundation - £23.50 for 120 ml [applied with Ruby and Millie Foundation Brush]

MAC Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer in NC20 - £13.50 for 7g (I think!) ["]

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion - £12.00 for 10g

MAC Paint Pot in Constructivist - £13.50 [fingers!]

Buck e/s from Urban Decay Naked Palette - sold out! [No.7 Eyeshadow brush]

Darkhorse e/s from Urban Decay Naked Palette - sold out! [MAC 217, MAC 219]

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eye Liner in Black Ink - £15.50 for 3g (Space NK Liner Brush)

L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara in Extra Black - £6.50 (or something)

Bare escentuals bareMinerals Faux Tan All-Over-Face Matte - £15.00

Sleek Face Contour Kit - £6.99 for 12g

That is all done from memory guys so bear with me if I have a weight or price wrong - my Internet won't work whilst uploading so I'm publishing from my phone and my iPad is dead so I can't do any research on the information just yet. Anyway - you get the gist and I hope its not too wrong and that you'll enjoy the tutorial when it finally comes your way.

Bye my lovelies!
Jess
